(„Mastercard“) für die Gesellschaft zu engagieren. Die Website bietet eine Plattform, über die an das Welternährungsprogramm („WFP“) sowie für andere auf dieser Website (zusammenfassend „Priceless Causes“) aufgeführte wohltätige Organisationen und Anlässe gespendet werden kann. Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedingungen sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie sich auf der Website registrieren oder diese nutzen, und bewahren Sie diese zur Einsicht auf. Durch die Nutzung dieser Website stimmen Sie diesen Nutzungsbedingungen sowie allen zusätzlichen Bedingungen und Bestimmungen zu, die, in ihrer jeweils gültigen Fassung, auf der Website von Mastercard veröffentlicht werden können (zusammenfassend als „Nutzungsbedingungen“ bezeichnet). Die Website

Die Website steht Inhabern einer Mastercard zur Verfügung. Sie haben damit die Möglichkeit, an Priceless Causes zu spenden. Durch Ihre Zustimmung zu diesen Nutzungsbedingungen erklären Sie, (i) dass Sie nur sich selbst und keine andere Person repräsentieren; (ii) dass Sie gegenüber Mastercard ausschließlich korrekte Angaben machen, einschließlich, jedoch nicht beschränkt auf, Informationen, die zur Registrierung für das Programm erforderlich sind; (iii) dass Sie ohne vorherige ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung von Mastercard die von Mastercard oder über die Website bereitgestellten Software-Programme, Inhalte, Angebote, Erfahrungen, Produkte oder Dienstleistungen nicht abbilden, duplizieren, kopieren, verkaufen, weiterverkaufen, verteilen, veröffentlichen oder für gewerbliche Zwecke nutzen werden. Sie erklären, dass Sie mindestens 18 Jahre alt und Inhaber mindestens einer gültigen Mastercard-Karte oder Debitkarte von Mastercard sind. Diese Einschränkung erstreckt sich auf alle Versuche, programmbezogene Informationen in ein anderes Verzeichnis, Produkt oder eine andere Dienstleistung zu integrieren; (iv) dass Sie für alle Aufwendungen für Ihren eigenen Zugriff auf die Website, einschließlich, jedoch nicht beschränkt auf den Erhalt und die Wartung von Telefon, Computerhardware und -software sowie andere Geräte, aufkommen und damit verbundene Kosten übernehmen; (v) dass Sie die Website nicht auf eine Weise nutzen, die sich negativ auf die Verfügbarkeit ihrer Ressourcen oder die Leistung für andere Benutzer auswirkt, oder auf eine Weise, die zu Beschädigungen, Überlastungen oder Beeinträchtigungen der Server oder Netzwerke von Mastercard oder dem Netzwerkbetreiber führen kann; und (vi) dass Sie die Website nicht für einen Zweck nutzen, der gegen geltendes Recht oder die Nutzungsbedingungen verstößt.

Sie sind für die Wahrung der Sicherheit und Vertraulichkeit Ihres Kontos, Benutzernamens und Passworts sowie für jegliche Aktivitäten und Verhaltensweisen Ihrerseits oder einer anderen Person, die im Zusammenhang mit Ihrem Konto stehen, verantwortlich, soweit dies unter geltendem Recht zulässig ist. Sie erklären, dass Sie bei einer unberechtigten Verwendung Ihres Kontos oder einem anderen Verstoß gegen die Sicherheitsrichtlinien unverzüglich Mastercard davon in Kenntnis setzen, sobald Sie davon Kenntnis erhalten. Weder Mastercard noch seine Mitarbeiter haften für Verluste oder Schäden jeglicher Art, die im Zusammenhang mit einer unberechtigten Verwendung Ihres Passworts oder Kontos entstanden sind, entweder mit Ihrem oder ohne Ihr Wissen. Sie haften jedoch für Verluste, die Mastercard oder einer anderen Partei entstanden sind, nachdem eine andere Person Ihr Konto oder Passwort verwendet hat, soweit dies unter geltendem Recht zulässig ist.

Recht zur Verwendung von Website-Inhalten

Wir gewähren Ihnen eine beschränkte, nicht ausschließliche, widerrufliche Lizenz, wie unten definiert, Inhalte von der Mastercard-Website für Ihren persönlichen Gebrauch zu betrachten, zu teilen, auszudrucken oder herunterzuladen. Änderungen der Website und Nutzungsbedingungen von Mastercard

Mastercard behält sich das Recht vor, jederzeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung Inhalte, Materialien oder Informationen, auf oder in Verbindung mit der Website, einschließlich dieser Nutzungsbedingungen zu ändern oder zu modifizieren oder das Programm zu beenden. Mastercard kann jederzeit diese Nutzungsbedingungen überarbeiten, indem diese Veröffentlichung aktualisiert wird oder weitere Informationen während der Registrierung bereitgestellt oder an Sie gesendet werden. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, die Nutzungsbedingungen regelmäßig zu überprüfen. Änderungen oder Überarbeitungen treten unmittelbar nach ihrer Veröffentlichung in Kraft. Wenn Sie weiterhin das Programm nutzen oder auf die Website zugreifen, nachdem Änderungen veröffentlicht wurden, erklären Sie sich mit diesen Änderungen einverstanden.

Kündigung

Mastercard kann jederzeit aus beliebigem Grund Ihre Registrierung kündigen oder Ihren Zugang zur Website beschränken.

Spendenmodalitäten

Überblick

Das Programm erlaubt es teilnehmenden Inhabern einer Mastercard-Karte, auf eine der folgenden Arten an Priceless Causes zu spenden: (1) regelmäßige / Mikrospenden und (2) „einmalige“ Spenden.

Arten von Spenden

1. Regelmäßige / Mikrospenden

Sie können sich auf der Website registrieren, um den Beitrag einer Mikrospende für einen Priceless Cause immer dann zu erhöhen, wenn Sie mit Ihrer registrierten Mastercard-Karte eine Transaktion durchführen. Wenn Sie sich für Mikrospenden registrieren, vermerken wir Ihre Absicht, für jede Karten-Transaktion mittels Ihrer registrierten Mastercard-Karte oder Debitkarte von Mastercard einen vordefinierten Betrag an den/die von Ihnen ausgewählten Priceless Cause(s) zu spenden. Sie können, wenn Sie sich auf der Plattform registrieren, den Betrag der Mikrospende wählen, die für jede Transaktion vermerkt ist, wobei der Mindestbetrag für eine Mikrospende pro Transaktion bei 0,10 EUR liegt. Das bedeutet, dass bei jeder einzelnen Ihrer Transaktionen von Mastercard ein Betrag vermerkt wird, der dem von Ihnen ausgewählten Betrag der Mikrospende entspricht. Einmal pro Monat berechnet Mastercard den für Ihre Karte vermerkten Gesamtbetrag der Mikrospenden und wird Folgendes tun, wenn der Gesamtbetrag der Mikrospenden 1,00 EUR erreicht oder übersteigt:

eine Transaktion in Höhe der angesammelten Mikrospenden für den von Ihnen ausgewählten Priceless Cause auf Ihrer Karte durchführen (bis zum gültigen, für diese Art von Spende festgelegten maximalen Spendenbetrag) und

den für Ihre Mastercard-Karte vermerkten Gesamtbetrag der Mikrospenden auf Null zurücksetzen.

Wenn während eines Monats der Gesamtbetrag der Mikrospenden unter 1,00 EUR liegt, werden diese Mikrospenden weiter aufaddiert und in die Berechnung der angesammelten Mikrospenden im Folgemonat einbezogen.

2. „Einmalige“ Spenden

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, über diese Website auch einmalig an einen Priceless Cause zu spenden.

Berechtigung

Indem Sie sich für eine Spende entscheiden, autorisieren Sie Mastercard, eine Transaktion in Höhe Ihrer Spende (bis zum gültigen, für diese Art von Spende festgelegten maximalen Spendenbetrag) für Ihre registrierte Mastercard-Karte zugunsten des/der jeweiligen Priceless Cause(s) durchzuführen.

Stornierungen und Änderungen von Spenden

Sie können eine zuvor versprochene Spende ändern oder stornieren, wenn diese von Mastercard noch nicht bearbeitet wurde. Melden Sie sich dazu auf der Website an und ändern Sie dann die Details dieser Spende. Änderungen und Stornierungen von Mikrospenden, die während eines Monats versprochen wurden, können jederzeit während dieses Monats vorgenommen werden. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, stimmen Sie zu, dass eine Spende nicht mehr von Mastercard geändert oder rückgängig gemacht werden kann, sobald die Transaktion für diese Spende über Ihre Mastercard-Karte oder Debitkarte von Mastercard bearbeitet worden ist, sofern Mastercard aufgrund anwendbaren Rechts nicht dazu verpflichtet ist, die jeweilige Transaktion zu ändern oder rückgängig zu machen. Bei weiteren Fragen hinsichtlich Spenden, die bereits bearbeitet worden sind, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre Ausstellerbank.

Abgelehnte Spenden

Mastercard kann jederzeit nach eigenem Ermessen sich dafür entscheiden, eine wohltätige Organisation aus der Priceless-Causes-Initiative zu entfernen. In solch einem Fall beenden wir die Bearbeitung von Spenden für diese Organisation und setzen Sie darüber per E-Mail in Kenntnis.

Wenn Mastercard betrügerische oder sonstige, potenziell illegale Handlungen im Hinblick auf eine Spende oder eine wohltätige Organisation vermutet, kann Mastercard nach eigenem Ermessen die Bearbeitung von Spenden mit Bezug zu diesen Handlungen jederzeit beenden. In solch einem Fall beenden wir die Bearbeitung von Spenden mit Bezug zu diesen Handlungen und setzen Sie darüber per E-Mail in Kenntnis.

Rechte an geistigem Eigentum

Der Inhalt der Website ist durch geltende Gesetze zum geistigen Eigentum geschützt und alle Inhalte sind Eigentum von Mastercard oder werden von Mastercard im Rahmen einer Lizenz oder mit Erlaubnis verwendet. Alle Texte, Formatierungen (insbesondere die Auswahl, Koordination und Anordnung der Materialien auf der Mastercard-Website, und die Bilder, Grafiken, Animationen, Tools, Widgets, Anwendungen, Werbung, Videos, Musik, Töne, Artikel, Kopien, kreative Materialien, Fotos, Markenzeichen, Dienstleistungsmarken, Markennamen und Logos und andere Materialien und Informationen auf dieser Website unterliegen den Rechten an geistigem Eigentum von Mastercard, seinen Tochtergesellschaften und verbundenen Unternehmen und ihren jeweiligen Lizenzgebern und Lizenznehmern (zusammenfassend „Inhalte“). Spenden an Priceless Causes

Die Website wird nicht von Priceless Causes verwaltet und diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten nicht für Ihre Spenden an Priceless Causes. Für sämtliche Fragen oder Probleme bezüglich Ihrer Nutzung dieser Website oder dieser Nutzungsbedingungen wenden Sie sich ausschließlich unter Verwendung der nachstehenden Kontaktinformationen an Mastercard. Indem Sie auf diese Website zugreifen, befreien Sie Priceless Causes von sämtlichen Haftungsansprüchen im Zusammenhang mit der Website und Ihrer Nutzung der Website, soweit dies unter geltendem Recht zulässig ist. Beschwerden bei Urheberrechtsverletzungen

Donations and Purchases

We will record an intention to donate a pre-defined amount for each card transaction to Fondazione Telethon. You will be able to choose the amount of the donation for each transaction when you will register into the platform, with a minimum donation of € 0.10. This means that each time you will perform a purchase transaction, a corresponding donation amount will be recorded by MasterCard. At the end of each month accrued amounts will be summed up. If the sum exceeds € 1, a donation to Fondazione Telethon is triggered. If the sum does not exceed € 1, accrued amounts are carried over into the following month and summed up with the transactions of that month.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and all Content is owned by MasterCard or used by MasterCard under a license or with permission. MasterCard is a leading payment services organization. MasterCard is not a financial institution and does not issue credit, debit, prepaid or payment cards of any type of nature. Your MasterCard-branded payment card relationship is with an issuing bank or financial institution. Any and all questions or issues regarding your MasterCard-branded payment card or cardholder account should be directed to the bank or financial institution that issued your card, and not to MasterCard. While MasterCard has a relationship with your issuing bank or financial institution, that relationship does not pertain to individual cardholders or payment card accounts.

The Site is a benefit for MasterCard cardholders whose issuers have communicated to them that the opportunity to donate to  Fondazione Telethon is available for their cards. The Site is a benefit for MasterCard cardholders whose issuers have communicated to them that the opportunity to donate to  Fondazione Telethon is available for their cards. MasterCard may terminate your registration or restrict your access to the Site for any reason at any time.

Donations and Purchases

We will record an intention to donate a pre-defined amount for each card transaction to Fondazione Telethon. You will be able to choose the amount of the donation for each transaction when you will register into the platform, with a minimum donation of € 0.10. This means that each time you will perform a purchase transaction, a corresponding donation amount will be recorded by MasterCard. At the end of each month accrued amounts will be summed up. If the sum exceeds € 1, a donation to Fondazione Telethon is triggered. If the sum does not exceed € 1, accrued amounts are carried over into the following month and summed up with the transactions of that month.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and all Content is owned by MasterCard or used by MasterCard under a license or with permission. All text, formatting including without limitation the selection, coordination and arrangement of materials on the MasterCard Site, and the images, graphics, animation, tools, widgets, applications, commercials, videos, music, sounds, articles, copy, creative materials, photos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos, and other materials and information on this Site are subject to the intellectual property rights of MasterCard, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective licensors and licensees (collectively "Content"). By accessing this Site you release Fondazione Telethon from any liability in connection with the Site or your use thereof. The Site is a benefit for MasterCard cardholders whose issuers have communicated to them that the opportunity to donate to  Fondazione Telethon is available for their cards. Termination

MasterCard may terminate your registration or restrict your access to the Site for any reason at any time.

Donations and Purchases

We will record an intention to donate a pre-defined amount for each card transaction to Fondazione Telethon. You will be able to choose the amount of the donation for each transaction when you will register into the platform, with a minimum donation of € 0.10. This means that each time you will perform a purchase transaction, a corresponding donation amount will be recorded by MasterCard. At the end of each month accrued amounts will be summed up. If the sum exceeds € 1, a donation to Fondazione Telethon is triggered. If the sum does not exceed € 1, accrued amounts are carried over into the following month and summed up with the transactions of that month.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and all Content is owned by MasterCard or used by MasterCard under a license or with permission. All text, formatting including without limitation the selection, coordination and arrangement of materials on the MasterCard Site, and the images, graphics, animation, tools, widgets, applications, commercials, videos, music, sounds, articles, copy, creative materials, photos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos, and other materials and information on this Site are subject to the intellectual property rights of MasterCard, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective licensors and licensees (collectively "Content"). By accessing this Site you release Fondazione Telethon from any liability in connection with the Site or your use thereof. The Site

The Site is a benefit for MasterCard cardholders whose issuers have communicated to them that the opportunity to donate to  Fondazione Telethon is available for their cards. By consenting to the Terms of Use, you agree that: (i) you represent only yourself here and no other person; (ii) you will provide accurate information to MasterCard, including, but not limited to, information required to register for the Program; (iii) you will not use the Site to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, publish, or exploit for any commercial purpose the software, content, offers, experiences, products, or services provided by MasterCard or obtained through the Site without obtaining the express, prior written consent of MasterCard. You agree that you are least 18 years of age and you have a valid MasterCard card. This restriction includes any attempt to incorporate any information from the Site into any other directory, product, or service; (iv) you will provide for your own access to use the Site, including, but not limited to, obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and software, and other equipment and paying all related charges; (vi) you will not use the Site in any manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to or enjoyment by other users or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair MasterCards’ or Service Providers servers or networks; and (vii) you will not use the Site or any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Use.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, user name and password, and you are responsible for all activities and conduct by you or anyone else that are conducted through your account. You agree to notify MasterCard immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. MasterCard or agents will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind that may arise as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge; however, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by MasterCard or another party due to someone else using your account or password.

Right to Use Site Content

We are granting you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license for you to view, share, print or download any Content, as defined below, from the MasterCard Site for your own personal use. You are not granted the right to license, republish, distribute, copy, assign, sublicense, transfer, sell, prepare of derivative works or other non-personal use any Content on the MasterCard Site. No part of any Content may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use. MasterCard reserves the right to change or modify Content, materials or information appearing on or in connection with this Site, including these Terms of Use, or discontinue the Program at any time without notice to you. Termination

MasterCard may terminate your registration or restrict your access to the Site for any reason at any time.

Donations and Purchases

We will record an intention to donate a pre-defined amount for each card transaction to Fondazione Telethon. You will be able to choose the amount of the donation for each transaction when you will register into the platform, with a minimum donation of € 0.10. This means that each time you will perform a purchase transaction, a corresponding donation amount will be recorded by MasterCard. At the end of each month accrued amounts will be summed up. If the sum exceeds € 1, a donation to Fondazione Telethon is triggered. If the sum does not exceed € 1, accrued amounts are carried over into the following month and summed up with the transactions of that month.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and all Content is owned by MasterCard or used by MasterCard under a license or with permission. All text, formatting including without limitation the selection, coordination and arrangement of materials on the MasterCard Site, and the images, graphics, animation, tools, widgets, applications, commercials, videos, music, sounds, articles, copy, creative materials, photos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos, and other materials and information on this Site are subject to the intellectual property rights of MasterCard, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective licensors and licensees (collectively "Content"). These materials may not be copied, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, modified, reposted to other web sites, framed, deep linked to, changed, or otherwise distributed, redistributed, licensed, sublicensed or transferred in any form by you. Donations to Fondazione Telethon

The Site is not administered by the Fondazione Telethon and this Terms of Use do not govern your donations to Fondazione Telethon. Any and all questions or issues regarding your use of this Site or this Terms of Use shall be exclusively directed to MasterCard. By accessing this Site you release Fondazione Telethon from any liability in connection with the Site or your use thereof. You further agree that your donations to and relationship with the Fondazione Telethon will be solely governed by Fondazione Telethon's terms of use of its web sites and Privacy Policy. Upon your donation being registered with Fondazione Telethon, you will become part of Fondazione Telethon's donor community. Copyright Complaints

Inapplicability of Terms of Use to any MasterCard Payment Card Cardholder Agreement

MasterCard is a leading payment services organization. MasterCard is not a financial institution and does not issue credit, debit, prepaid or payment cards of any type of nature. Your MasterCard-branded payment card relationship is with an issuing bank or financial institution. Any and all questions or issues regarding your MasterCard-branded payment card or cardholder account should be directed to the bank or financial institution that issued your card, and not to MasterCard. While MasterCard has a relationship with your issuing bank or financial institution, that relationship does not pertain to individual cardholders or payment card accounts.

These Terms of Use including any non-contractual obligations or liabilities arising out of or in connection with them, shall be construed, interpreted and performed exclusively according to the laws of Italy. Inapplicability of Terms of Use to any MasterCard Payment Card Cardholder Agreement

MasterCard is a leading payment services organization. MasterCard is not a financial institution and does not issue credit, debit, prepaid or payment cards of any type of nature. Your MasterCard-branded payment card relationship is with an issuing bank or financial institution. Any and all questions or issues regarding your MasterCard-branded payment card or cardholder account should be directed to the bank or financial institution that issued your card, and not to MasterCard. While MasterCard has a relationship with your issuing bank or financial institution, that relationship does not pertain to individual cardholders or payment card accounts.
